That’s pretty classy. I would probably have slept with her once or twice, not enough to make a commitment out of it. But yeah, it’s difficult for a woman that age, and that need to be taken into account.

with a guy before, I guess? I almost never see an attractive woman in her
thirties who hasn’t been married or at least lived with a boyfriend. So many
broken hopes everywhere.

It seems to me that a lot of the people getting married in their late twenties or early thirties started dating when the woman was in her early twenties, say 23 in her first job out of college, etc. In this case, the guy HAS had the benefit of most of her beautiful years, they just came before marriage because marriage happens later now under the influence of culture (yes, I know people here criticize that culture, but we’re talking practical for a moment).
